1/2 pound ground pork
1 pound ground beef(lean)
2 cups onion, chopped
2 cups celery, chopped
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
garlic minced to taste
3 cups cooked rice
1 cup chopped parsley
and green onions
cayenne pepper to taste

Saute onion, bell pepper, celery in butter.

Add pork and beef to onion mixture and saute. Be careful not to burn
onions.

Add rice. Add dashes of cayenne, salt , pepper, parseley and green
onions.
4.
Mix well and simmer.
5.
Add chicken broth or beef broth as needed to keep moist at all times.
Either
bake in casserole or cook slowly on top of stove.
