2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. Hoisin
sauce
2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. water
2 Tbs. dry sherry
1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. honey
1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. soy
sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2-3/4 lbs. pork spareribs,
cut into serving size portions
1.
Place a large plastic bag in a large bowl.

Combine all ingredients, except ribs, in bag and mix well.
3.
Add ribs and close bag tightly.
4.
Marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.
5.
Turn bag several times to distribute marinade.
6.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
7.
Drain ribs, reserving marinade.
8.
Place ribs in a shallow roasting pan.
9.
Cover with foil and bake 1-1/2 hours.
10.Uncover
and brush ribs with reserved marinade.
11.Bake,
uncovered, 30 minutes or until cooked throughout.
