2 Lean pork chops
1 Cup Flavored Bread
Crumbs
1 Egg, beaten
3 Medium potatoes, peeled
and diced
2 Teaspoons soy sauce
¼ Teaspoon garlic
powder
1 Medium onion, sliced
Black pepper to taste
Oil for browning
1.
Dip the pork chops in the egg.
2.
Coat each chop with bread crumbs.
3.
Dip the chops in the egg again.
4.
Coat the pork chops with bread crumbs again.
5.
Press the chops between your hands so that the bread crumbs stick.
6.
Heat some oil in a saucepan.
7.
Brown the chops on each side.
8.
Set aside.
9.
In a large baking dish, add the potatoes, soy sauce, garlic powder, black
pepper and
onions.
10.Toss.
11.Push
the potatoes aside and add the chops.
12.Put
the potatoes over and around the pork chops.
13.Bake
covered in a preheated 375º F oven for ½ hour stirring potatoes
frequently.
14.Remove
the cover and bake for another 15 minutes.
