8 pork chops, 3/4 to 1-inch
thick
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
4 Tbs. brown sugar
1.
Place pork chops in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. (It is not
necessary to brown
them).

Combine the remaining ingredients.
3.
Pour over chops.
4.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
5.
Baste occasionally.
