Grandma's Ham Casserole

1 1/2 cups cubed ham
5 potatoes, thinly sliced
2 carrots, sliced thin
1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
10 1/2 fluid ounces water

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine the ham, potatoes, carrots and  mushrooms.
3. In a medium bowl, combine the soup with the water.
4. Mix well and pour over the mixture in the baking dish, stirring to coat.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until  carrots are tender.
