16 slices bread
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 lb.ham, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
3 C. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

Butter a large pan.

Layer bread, ham and cheese.
3.
Start and end with the bread.
4.
Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt.
5.
Mix well.
6.
Pour over top.
7.
Let stand overnight.
8.
Top with cheese.
9.
Bake 325º for 45 minutes.
