10 ounces frozen pizza
or bread dough
2 Tablespoons plain yogurt
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. white horseradish,
drained
6 ounces boiled ham,
thinly sliced
3 ounces shredded cheddar
cheese
1/2 cup onions, diced

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Stretch dough into 10x12" rectangle on a board or countertop.

In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, mustard and horseradish

Spread mixture evenly over dough, leaving a 1 1/2" border.

Arrange ham over dough

Sprinkle with cheese and onion.

Starting from wide end, roll dough jelly roll fashion spinach seam to
seal.
8.
Spray nonstick baking sheet with cooking spray.
9.
Arrange roll seam-side down on sheet.
10.Bake
15 minutes or until golden brown.
11.Let
cool 10 minutes before cutting into about ten slices.
