2 lb. ham steak

oz. can pineapple, crushed, drained, reserve juice

C. brown sugar

tsp. mustard

1/2 tsp. dry mustard

T. reserved juice

Place ham on a slotted bacon rack or oblong dish.

Combine remaining ingredients to make a smooth paste.
3.
Cover with waxed paper.
4.
Microwave 70% for 7 minutes.
5.
Turn ham over.
6.
Spread glaze on ham.
7.
Cover.
8.
Microwave at 70% for 5 minutes.
9.
Rest 5 minutes.
