Honey and Herb Grilled Pork

3-4 lb. Pork loin roast
1/2 C Honey
1 C Beer
1 T Onion powder
1 t Rosemary
1/4 C Oil
1 t Salt
1/4 t Freshly ground black pepper

1. Mix all ingredients and marinate pork roast for several hours or  overnight.
2. Bake at 250°F for 4 hours, or grill over low heat to a temperature of 160°F.
3. Bring leftover marinade to a boil
4. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes
5. Serve with roast.
