Honey Mustard Pork Chops

1 tbsp Vegetable oil
4 Pork chops, 1/2" thick
1 can Cream of celery soup
½ cup Apple juice or water
2 tbsp Spicy brown mustard
1 tbsp Honey
Generous dash pepper

1. Heat oil in skillet
2. Add chops and cook until browned
3. Add soup, apple juice, mustard, honey and pepper
4. Heat to a boil
5. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.
