Hot Balls of Fire

1 LB ground pork
juice of one lime
3 Tbsp onion, minced
3-4 Tbsp finely chopped, roasted and peeled hot NEW MEXICO green chilis
1 Tbsp hot NEW MEXICO red chili powder
1 tsp. dried Mexican Oregano
2 Tbsp Paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne

1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
2. Form mixture into meatballs.
3. Fry in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown.
