1½ Pounds lean
pork spare ribs
2 Tablespoons olive oil
3 Tablespoons Homemade
Italian Tomato Sauce
1 Clove garlic
2 Teaspoons sugar
1 Teaspoon chili powder
2-3 Teaspoons Pickled
Jalapeno Peppers
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper

In a blender, add the olive oil, tomato sauce, chili powder, sugar,
jalapeno pepper, black
pepper and salt.

Blend for a few minutes until smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a
little water and blend.

Place the spare ribs in a shallow dish.
4.
Pour the sauce over the ribs.
5.
Cover and refrigerate.
6.
Marinate for at least 4 hours to over night.
7.
Grill over hot coals for 1 hour, basting until done.
