Q. How does MEMORELANE use personal information? 
Q. What kind of turnaround time can I expect?
A. We firmly believe in multitasking so we are usually working on several projects at the same time.
However, we will not overextend ourselves at the expense of our clients. Some tasks can take
several weeks, such as a sizeable website, while others may take only a day or so, such as a
single page standard resume. We will give you our best estimate of turnaround time based on our
current work load as well as, of course, your needs.
Q. Can't I just buy a program that will do the things you offer?
A. There is no single program that can accomplish what we have to offer. We utilize dozens of
programs in partnership with state-of-the-art computers to arrive at the various end results that
we desire to achieve. Besides the cost factor involved, there is also the enormous learning curve
to become fully familiar with all the various options and the how and when of using them.

Q. What is an "interactive resume"?
A. Please check out the page "Interactive Resumes" as this should answer your question as well as
possible others regarding different types of resumes. Top
Q. What do I have to supply in the way of information?
A. All the basic data you would normally put into a resume plus whatever additional data that you
feel will enhance your position with a prospective job recruiter. Remember, as this is an inter-
active resume on CD, the prospective employer will not be forced to wade through a vast
amount of material but rather will be able to choose what information they want to see with a
simple click of the mouse. Top
Q. Why would I want an Interactive Resume versus a standard resume on paper?
A. An Interactive Resume on CD can be a far more dynamic presentation of the material your are
trying to make available to a prospective employer. Additionally, you are able to make more
information available without them having to wade through it all. Since the material is presented
in a menu driven outline form, the recruiter can choose the information they wish to review and
does not have to sift through a lot of data unless something peaks their interest and they choose
to. With the ability to include extensive additional material it is possible to provide the answers to
questions which may arise that a standard paper resume might not. Top

Q. Can you use my own designs?
A. Yes. We strongly encourage our clients to utilize their own creativity so that their site will be a
more personal expression of their own vision. We will gladly assist with developement at all levels
of participation from very little to a lot. Top
Q. Do I need to come up with the wording or will you?
A. Since we feel that you are the best person to tell the story of your own site, we strongly
encourage everyone to get involved at some level. We will gladly assist with you text at all levels
Q. I would like to have a web site but don't know where to begin and could never do it myself. Can
you help completely design my site and get it out there for me?
A. Of course. We realize that while many people can "surf" not everyone can "hang ten." We can get
your site up with very little required from you other than your vision of the end result. Top
Q. Do I have to let you create images for my site or can I use my own if I want to?
A. We will gladly use your own images in the creation of your site. Top
Q. What follow-up items should I be considering?
A. Once you are up and running, it largely depends on the type of site you have. Most personal sites
will require very minimal to no maintenance at all! Most business sites, however, will require at
least minimal maintenance with some needing it quite frequently. It will depend on your particular

Q. Can you tell the difference between actual photographs and your finished products?
A. Yes and No. Even though we use materials of the highest quality in conjunction with high-
resolution printers, some people are able to pick out the digital recreation. Top
Q. My sons and daughters are scattered all over the country, now that they have grown up. It has
not been possible to get them all together for a new family photo in years. Can you take a photo
of each of them and combine them all into one image for a "reunion" of sorts?
A. That is a terrific idea! Yes we can and with a little prior proper planning the outcome can be made
to look as though all were together in the same studio. Top
Q. I have some photos that got torn and creased. Is this something that can be fixed?
A. The creases are generally not a problem and excellent results can be obtained in the repaired
output. If the picture is torn, it will be necessary to have the matching piece to arrive at a repair
that is as close to the original as possible. If there is a missing piece, it might still be possible to
crop the picture in close to the rip and then repair the remaining area to acheive an acceptable

Q. Some of the images I have seen on your site, particularly the interactive resume templates, are not
exactly what I would consider the "highest quality." What's up with that?
A. A lot of the sample images that are displayed on our site have been greatly reduced from the
originals as far as file size, resolution, and even file type. This has been done in order to have the
pages load in a reasonable amount of time. The actual end product that you receive is of the
highest quality for its application. Top
Q. Why do I need a custom created image when there are lots of free images available?
A. Exactly! There are a lot of free images out there for available use, royalty free - and those images
are available to everyone! Depending on your specific requirements, you might not mind if the
images you are using are also being used by dozens of other sites out there as well. Top

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Through our association with PayPal, we can accept Visa, MasterCard or Debit Card
transactions through a secure connection. This is the quickest method to get your project started.
Once your checking account is verified by PayPal, you can make payment with echeck or
account transfer. Cashier's Checks and Money Orders will be treated as cash payments,
however, DO NOT SEND CASH. We do not accept personal or business checks. Top
Q. Why do I have to join PayPal?
A. You don't have to join PayPal if you plan to make payments with either a Cashier's Check or a
Money Order. You do have to join PayPal if you want to make payments with a credit card,
debit card, echeck or account transfer. Joining PayPal is free. The information requested by
PayPal is used to verify the data on record for your cards and checking account. Top
Q. Do I have to pay for all my charges up front or can I wait until the project is completed?
A. The majority of our services are required to be paid for in full in advance of commencing the
project. In some instances we will allow a split payment to be made. The main exception to this is
with our website design. We usually divide these projects into four stages with four payments and
require 25% of the total estimate to be paid in advance. When we have completed 25% of the
project the next payment will be required to continue the work and so on. Top
Q. How do I get a refund if I am not satisfied?
A. Before any project can begin we must have a signed Contract of Acceptance containing all the
usual legal disclaimers and assorted details. Since we can not reclaim our investment of time and
talent in your project, we do not offer refunds. However, we do pride ourselves not only in the
quality of our work but in the satisfaction of our clients so we will make every effort possible to
rectify any situation of unsatisfaction. Top
