Sitting on the Dock of the....
Toolbars aren't permanent fixtures on your screen. They can be anchored to any side of the screen or left to float lazily about for an easier reach. You can even get rid of them for while and call them back to work whenever you like. (More room viewing room for your document)
Let's move things around a bit. Float
Move a toolbar by dragging on the two vertical bars on the left edge of any toolbar that's in the "docked" position. If a toolbar is not docked, it will not have the two vertical lines. Instead, it will have a title bar across the top. Usually, this is blue unless you've changed the colour scheme. The name of the toolbar is shown on the title bar.
Place your pointer on the title bar and drag. Not bad, huh?
Floating can be convenient if you're using buttons repeatedly throughout a session.
You don't have to reach so far to click on it!
