Tips for Troubleshooting
Scandisk is what you run to try to fix your file system, when something is wrong. But it sometimes does not fix it. When that happens try the following:
One of the best ways to find out what is wrong with the computer, is to run Scandisk with the check mark removed from the fix automatically box. Once that is done, go to My computer and open it up. Click on C drive, and open the file named Scandisk.log It will tell you what is wrong.
