(effective July 20, 2002)
Onsite Training and AVImark / Computer / Network Setup:
$400.00/day = Full single day* Basic or Advanced Training / Setup$375.00/day = For 2 - 4 consecutive days* of Basic or Advanced Training / Setup
$350.00/day = For 5 - 6 consecutive days* of Basic or Advanced Training / Setup (most larger hospitals use this option)
$325.00/day = For 7+ consecutive days* of Basic or Advanced Training / Setup
Half Days Available in Certain Cases
* day = up to 10 hrs of training and setup + travel & hotel related expenses
Telephone AVImark Training / Computer Consults:
Telephone Consult = $40.00 hour (and client pays for the call - billed monthly)
Pre-Paid Long Term or Retainer-type Telephone Consulting (renewable semi-anually or anually)
2 calls per month, for 6 months = $390.00 -or- for 1 year = $780.00
4 calls per month, for 6 months = $720.00 -or- for 1 year = $1,440.00

This requires you send it to us on either Zip Disk, CD or via email (in some smaller cases), a copy of your hospital's AVImark. You will recieve a written report from Dr. Schmitz and recommendations of what to do differently or better and 4 hours of followup telephone consults with Dr. Schmitz. Don't worry, your data and files are safe with us, and no information will ever be shared with other hospitals in your practice area! * Estimated Price = $600.00
