Exercise

I use a tape called "Kids in Motion" in my classes. The children love to exercise to it. They have plenty of opportunity for exercising the way they like to...running in place, sit-ups, jumping jacks or just plan old wiggling.

This tape includes 2 songs that the children really like, they are Animal Action and The Freeze. The children get to be their favorite animals in Animal Action and they get to move anyway they want to in The Freeze as long as they freeze when the music stops.
