Musical Stars

This game is like musical chairs in that music is played and you have to hurry to get to an open space. I have poly stars so I use them (I have used carpet squares). You can play two different ways, you can actually take stars away each time or you can pick a color it doesn't matter, the outcome is the same. If the child doesn't have a space or you call thier color they have to do a specific number of jumping jacks. If I am taking stars away each time the child is out and has to do jumping jacks everytime with the new people who are out. This might sound mean, but guess what the kids love it.
