I guess I don't have to explain who he is in this series. But I discovered that Dr. Jesse Travis is a surfer, too, so you should always watch all episodes because I think that nobody would have something against Charlie in a wetsuit. Right?
You know, Charlie being in a Tv series has it positive and negative sides:
Negative: They don't sell tapes of series unless they are really really loved(Friends, for example)
Positive: You see him regularly every week and you can tape him for yourself!!!!!
I think that one day he is going to become real famous, he only has to be discovered by someone big!!
