| 4. Use the selection tool to select the circle and the lines. Apply an inner bevel with setting shown. |

| 5. Add a new raster layer. Go to selections, select all.Contract by 5 then invert. Flood fill the selection with black and apply the same innerbevel settings. |

6. Make sure you are back on the circle layer. Using the magic wand
tool, select one of the empty outside edges and floodfill with the pattern
you made before. Continue to do this till all but the inside circle
is filled with the pattern. |

| 7. Open an image that you would like to frame. Copy the image to the clipboard and then paste it into the frame as a new layer. |

| 8. Move the image layer under the frame. Center the image and then merge the layers. now you can resize the image if you would like. |
