| Keep the duplicates hidden for now. Working on the merged
layer. Use the magic wand tool to select one of your shapes, hold the
shift key down while selecting the rest of the shapes. |

| Go to selections, modify, expand and expand by 1. Now hit
delete to get rid of the shapes. |

| Now go to selections and select none. Use the magic wand
tool to select the large rectangle. Go to image, effects, inner bevel
and apply with the setting shown. You can change these settings anyway
you would like. |

| With the image still selected, go to image, effects, blinds
and apply with the settings shown. |
