My first skin. This is version 2.0, after WinAMP® 1.91 came out and I discovered how to "hide" the numbers, text, and play/pause signs. I'm still not completely happy with it, as the missing song name really cuts down the usability, when you don't know what song is playing.

    Now before you go off half-cocked thinking that I'm a Natalie Portman fan only, here is my next Kreation. Ms. Portman has had more perfect pictures taken of her than any other female celebrity out there. However, there are others, and this is one of my favorites, Téa Leoni.

    This is the original graphic that I first attempted to make a skin with. I abandoned it when I found that I couldn't hide the text bar that went right through her face. After I found out how to hide things, I went back to it. It's one of my favorites.

    Don't ask me who this is, all I know is that she's a very popular singer in Great Britain. Her full name is Louise Elizabeth Nurding, however, she's known by her first name alone like Cher and Madonna. You can see more of her at http://newman.simplenet.com, there's a whole gallery.

    Since this was all getting so easy, I went through my celeb collections and picked out about thirty more pics that I could successfully use for backgrounds in this fashion. This one was too perfect to ignore. This is when I really started to get Kreative, deleting only the numbers from the text.bmp file to make the khz and bit rate disappear.

    Counselor Troi. One of my favorite "Star Trek: The Next Generation" cast members, besides Gates McFadden, who played Dr. Beverly Crusher. I have been unable to find a suitable image of the good doctor to use for a skin yet. We'll see.
