United Nations Disaster Relief Office or UNDRO is
an organisation founded to mobilise and coordinate relief activities from all sources in times of disaster,
founded in 1971 by the UN General Assembly new times have required the opening
of a European office based in the UK.
A UNDRO
pilot can be called upon to fly emergency supplies to a war torn country
demanding low level flying through hostile mountainous terrain or to fly key
personnel around the country to negotiate the collection and storage of aid for
emergencies.
What ever
the requirement UNDRO WILL meet it.
UNDRO is
like no other virtual airline; it operates on the same basic principles of any
other virtual airline where pilots fly chosen flights via their home computer
using a flight simulator program, but that’s where the similarities end. UNDRO’s aim is to deliver air support in
whatever capacity is required where ever and when ever around the world.
UNDRO is
currently recruiting personnel. Including Pilots and Management, if you are
interested download the operation manual or E-mail HQ’s for more information.
