Spring Zones are over, we hope you enjoyed them as much as we did. Congratulations to all our new Deputy Governors, Public Speaking winners and Joke-Off winners! Thanks to everyone for supporting your Zone and current Deputy Governors.
We now have complete compliance from our Kinsmen & Kinette Clubs for our Insurance Questionnaire. However, there are several K40 and K-Ette Clubs who haven't filed yet so if you know of one, please let your Deputy Governor or myself or Cyrille know.
Membership has increased in a lot of Clubs this year - lets keep up the trend! We have a very motivated Membership Director - Ray Joubert from Cranbrook, he has some terrific ideas and a great program that he has started to implement already.
District Kinvention is only a few weeks away!!! We're looking forward to seeing how creative you have been with your costumes! The deadline for trophy submissions is April 30th - be sure to get yours in to Sherry Hussman, our Trophy Director, before then. Please register for Kinvention as soon as you can - this will make the Abbotsford Club's job of organizing meals, tours, meeting rooms, etc. so much easier.
To all Club Presidents - we hope you had a great year - good luck with your nominations and elections for your club executive. Ensure you submit for all the awards your Club qualifies for!
Our National Executive and Board of Directors have completed a restructuring plan for the National office. National President Susan will be attending our District Kinvention this year and will be able to give you all the details. We believe the new structure will be good for the future of our Association.
