So here's a list of places that happily host your web page for you. While they offer different services , I'm sure you'll find something here that you like. The sites are listed here alphabeticly. Their order isn't a reflection of how I judge them or their dependability. Take a look and see what you like!
Free Servers That's the name of the server, I didn't name it so don't blame me :0) 12 megs of space. Full FTP acess, counter and guestbook.
Fortune City Still an up and coming page host. Fortune City offers a wide variety of services. 20 megs of space. FTP acess and a free counter and free email. Allows business pages.
GeoCities Possibly the largest server on the web hosting free web pages. 11 megs of space. FTP acess, counter and guestbook, associate programs are allowed. And an email account when you join. Doesn't allow business sites unless you pay for them.
Tripod A well established page host. Recently bought out by Microsoft. But I forgive them {thrrpt}. 11 megs of space. Most of the standard stuff. What I like most about tripod is thier idea of PODS. A pod is a club that you can join as a tripod member. They have a lot of different clubs. To Page Slave [page building on the web] to X [a place devoted to women's issues]. Drop by and take a peak. Also allows business sites.
Virtual Avenue 20 megs of space. CGI Acess, FTP acess and unlimited traffic. Unlimited Email forwarding. SSI. Looks like they require a pop up to host there. Allows business pages (Says they are the biggest free business host there is.)
