Shrimp and Crab Boil
- 1-1/2 TBSP Celery Seed
- 1-1/2 TBSP Salt
- 1/2 TBSP Dry Mustard
- 1/2 TBSP Thyme
- 1 TBSP Paprika
- 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Whole Cloves
- 2 ea Bay leaves, Crushed
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until well mixed. Store Crab and Shrimp boil in a closed jar or other sealed container until needed.
To use, bring water to a boil, add about 2 TBSP of the mixture to water per pound of shrimp or gallon of water to be used for boiling crabs.
