Southern Pecan Pie
- 3 Eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/4 Cup Broken Pecans
- 1 Cup Light Karo Syrup
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine or butter, (melted)
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla Flavoring
- 1 9" Pie shell
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for about one hour or until a knife inserted halfway between the center and the edge comes out clean. Cool.
