Base:

• 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
• 1/3 cup margarine, softened
• 1 egg

Beat above on low until crumbly, press into a greased and floured 13 x 9 pan.

Topping:

• 1 ( 8oz. ) cream cheese, softened
• 1 bx powdered sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla

Beat on low speed until well blended. Beat on high until smooth. Spread onto the base. Bake 40 min. at 350 degrees.

I baked this and it was delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
