Broccoli-Mushroom Saute
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 meduim onion
- 4 cups bite-size broccoli florets
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, quartered
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
In large skillet, melt butter; saute onion until tender. Stir in broccoli, mushrooms, garlic salt and pepper; saute 1 to 2 minutes. Cover; cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
