1. Do we still have a club? YES

2. Pat and Sandra Garrison & Daniel and Anne Marie Ellis are hereby dropped

from the roster until the money is paid back.

3. Council meetings are to be held in the DFW-SA-Hou area.

4. Quorum has been lowered to whoever shows up and proxies.

5. Qualifications for Emperor have been changed to: 2 years on the Council

and has attended at least 4 meetings during that 2 years. Qualifications

for Chancellor are now active member for 1 year.

6. Nominations for Emperor: Mike Haze..Unan.

Nominations for Chancellor: Kay Templeton.... Unan.

Victor Manuel will be taking over as Director of Communications and

Ron Schweizer will be taking over as Director of Exploration and Colonization

7. It was decided to go back to Individual paid memberships.

$15.00 for single and $25.00 for family. To be paid directly to the

Concierge (Kay Templeton) by the individual member. $7.50 goes to the jev

and the rest goes to the Imperial Treasury to buy Class 1 awards for the

individual. Each squadron gets one honorary jev, High Council gets 2 and

the Tribunal gets 1.

8. Summer Games will be held at Whitewater Camp ground in New Braunfels

and will be hosted by Hurricane Squadron.

The sooner Roger gets all the information , the sooner we get the manual.

Awards Catalog- This one is almost finished. Roger keeps adding new medals

so this will probably be a "Work in Progress" The newest one is the BLOOD

SHIELD, given to the most active ship or squadron for the year. Imperial

Class.

11. Bob Mc Faddin told us about a group called the Lonestar Warriors that

meet on the 5th Sunday in a month (works out to about 4 times per year) and

have dinner and great conversation. If you show up in costume , you get a

vote on where the next meeting will be held. You can get more info from

New Years at Medieval Times(Dallas)

All Klingons are invited to be at Medieval Times for the New Years

Eve Party-2000-2001. We are hoping for a spectacular turnout! Contact Bob
