High Council Meeting July 12,1997 Houston, TX.
Squadron Command Reports
It was decided that since someone in a command position has access to e-mail, we should send the squadron reports by e--mail. You can set up a form and just fill in the blanks. Mike Haze is going to set up the Empire Treasury on Quicken. It is easy to use, works with everything, and will create a back file that will be acceptable for our non-profit status. The membership database will be on MS Works.

By - laws
The by-laws we have are incomplete and it was decided to rewrite them to include a 2 year term for all Council Members.

(Kat will have the new by-laws drawn up by the next High Council meeting to be voted on.)
Since we do not want the entire council to change all at once, we will stagger the terms.
