Minutes of High Council Meeting Jan. 16. 1999 held at Mary Ellen Cook's house.
Meeting called to order at 7:30pm.
Attended by: Alvina Bryant, Jackie Burke, Mike Haze and Michelle, Kay
Templeton, Jane Davis, and Mary Ellen Cook. Proxys for Colorado( BortaS)
Squadron and Wolf Squadron were held by Kay Templeton.
1. Nominations for Imperial Naval Commander:
Shaddow Walter- incumbent
Leanna Graves
Voting was by secret ballot... Leanna Graves - 5... Shaddow Walter - 1
2. Nominations for Director of Communications:
Kay Templeton - incumbent
Voting was by secret ballot... Kay Templeton - 6
3. Summer Games
A copy of Victor's email containing the phone numbers of the motels
for Turner Falls was handed out and it was made known that haste is
important if you want to get a cabin as they are almost all taken.
4. Many people decided it was going to be Summer Games OR the High Council
Meeting in Colorado due to finances and/or getting time off. Leanna is
getting married that weekend at the local Renaissance Festival. Too far
away to get a head count.
5. Much discussion on upcoming conventions.
Meeting adjourned at 7:55pm.
