James T. Kirk was born in Iowa in 2233. In 2246, he was 1 of 9 survivors of the massacre on Tarsus IV. He served as an ensign on the USS Republic during his Academy days. He served as a Lt. on the USS Farragut. His greatest renown came from command of USS Enterprise 2264-2269. By 2267, his commendations included Palm leaf of Axanar Peace Mission, Grankite Order of Tactics, Preantares Ribbon of Commandation. His awards of valor included Medal of Honor, Silver Palm with Cluster, Starfleet Citation for Conspicuous Gallantry, and the Kragile Order of Heroism. He was a "womanizer." Prior to Enterprise, had relationship with Carol Marcus. The two had a son, David who died around 2288 or 2290. Fell in love with Antonia after his first retirement, but never proposed and returned to Starfleet. In 2270, he was promoted to Admiral. He returned to the Enterprise in 2284. In 2285, he was charged with 9 violations of Starfleet regulations, but all were dismissed except one. He was demoted to Captain. In 2293, he was accused of killing chancellor Gorkon, but later exonnerated. He retired 3 months after the incident. In 2294, he was an honored guest at the launch of the Enterprise-B. He was killed during its maiden run during a rescue mission. |

Spock was born in 2230 on Vulcan. By 2267 he had earned the Vulcan Scientific Legion of Honor, decorated twice by Starfleet Command, and held an A7 computer expert classification. He was raised by his older half-brother Sybok. He experience Pon farr in 2267. He was the first Vulcan in Starfleet. He served on the Enterprise under Christopher Pike and James Kirk. He was killed in 2285 while saving the Enterprise. He preserved his katra in Dr. McCoy and his body was buried on the Genesis Planet. His mind and body were eventually rejoined. Later in life, he became a diplomat for the Federation. In 2368, he sercretly went to Romulus to aid in reunification. Even though he had been caught, he stayed to continue the efforts. |

Lenard McCoy was nicknamed Bones. As of 2267, he had earned the Legion of Honor and had been decorated by Starfleet surgeons. He joined the Enterprise in 2266. He served there for 27 years. He resigned in 2268 with an uncurable disease, but rejoined once a cure was found. He retired after the Enterprise's 5 year run, but returned at the request of Kirk. He was wrongly accused on killing chancellor Gorkon with Kirk in 2293. He became an admiral shortly after Khitomer, and retired some years after that. As a retired admiral, he did an inspection tour of the Enterprise-D in 2364 at the age of 137. |

Uhura was born in 2239. Her name comes from the Swahili word for "Freedom." She was a talented musician. She had to be reeducated in 2267. In 2284 she was assigned to Starfleet Command after the Enterprise was order to Starfleet Academy. She was scheduled to hold a seminar at the Academy in 2293 when she was supposed to be on the Enterprise-A prior to Khitomer. |

Montgomery Scott's engineering career began in 2242 and served on 11 ships. The Enterprise was the first ship he served as Chief Engineer. He retired 3 months after Khitomer at the age of 72 after serving Starfleet for 52 years. In 2294, he was a guest at the launch of the Enterprise-B when Kirk was killed. He was heading for the Norphin Colony when he crashed on a Dyson Sphere. He remained alive in a transporter until rescued by the Enterprise-D in 2269. He set out for the unknown in an Enterprise-D shuttle. |

Pavel Checkov was born in 2245. He was an ensign during his first mission on the Enterprise. In 2267, he was the only member of an Enterprise landing party on Gamma Hydra II who didn't get an aging disease. He was promoted to Lt. and Security Chief after the 5 year mission. He later served on the USS Reliant, but returned to the Enterpise when the Reliant was destroyed. In 2294, he was an honored guest at the launch of the Enterprise-B when Kirk was killed. |

Hikaru Sulu was born in San Francisco in 2237. He was assigned to the
Enterprise in 2265 as a physicist, but later transferred to the helm. In
2290, he took command of the USS Excelsior and played a pivotal role in
the Khitomer peace conference. His hobbies include botany, fencing, and
collecting old style hand guns. He had a daughter, Demora, in 2271 who
would be the helmsman on the Enterprise-B. He took command of the USS
Excelsior in 2290, and commanded it until 2293 after he played an
important role in the Khitomer Conference.

Sarek was the Vulcan ambassador to the Federation from 2165 to 2368. He helped with the Treaty of Alpha Cygnus IX, the Coridian admission into the Federation, and the Federation-Klingon alliance. He is the son of Skon and grandson of Solkar. He has been married several times: Vulcan princess (had son Sybok), human woman Amanda (son Spock), and then married another human woman Perrin. He was never close to his son Spock because he joined Starfleet. They didn't speak for 18 years. He represented his government at the Babel Conference in 2267, and planned to retire after the conference at the age of 102 for medical reasons. Dr. McCoy did surgery to stop a malfunctioning heart valve. He got blood from Spock which helped bring an understanding between the two. Following the death of Spock in 2285, Sarek had Kirk recover Spock's katra and return it to Vulcan. In doing so, Sarek spoke on Kirk's behalf at the Federation Council. In 2366, at the age of 202he concluded his final triumph, negotiations with the Legarians. At the time of the talks, he was suffering from the degenerative Bendii Syndrome. He died at home on Vulcan in 2368. |

Nurse Chapel was aboard the original Enterprise under Dr. McCoy. She gave up a career in bioresearch to sign aboard a starship in the hopes of finding her lost fiance, Dr. Roger Korby. She found Korby in 2266 on Exo III, but his conscious was in an android body. Korby would be eventually be destroyed by another android on the planet. She admitted she was in love with Spock while infected with the Psi 2000 virus. In 2270, Chapel earned a medical degree and later returned to the Enterprise as a staff physician. She directed emergency operations at Starfleet Command when Earth was threatened by a probe in 2286. |
