The Devaronian Kapp Dendo is one of the Rebel Alliance's most talented special operatives. He first crossed paths with Rogue Squadron in the comic series "X-wing Rogue Squadron: Battleground: Tatooine". He again joined up with Rogue Squadron in "X-Wing Rogue Squadron: In the Empire's Service" when he rescued and then recruited downed Rogues Wes Janson and Ibtisam to help Dendo's team blow up an Imperial war machine fitted with E-webs for anti-fighter purposes. Later in the novel "X-wing: Isaard's Revenge", Kapp Dendo joins Rogues Corran Horn, Ooryl Qrygg and Nrin Vakil to help rescue the prisoners who had formerly been held by Ysanne Isard on Lusankya.
In the novel "Ruin", Kapp Dendo is a General who defends Ithor against the Yuuzhan Vong, with the help of Corran Horn and Rogue Squadron lead by Gavin Darklighter.
