Kettch appears in both "Wraith Squadron" and "Iron Fist". In "Wraith Squadron", he is a practical joke that Wes Janson plays on Wedge Antilles in the form of a fake pilot who wants to join the squadron. This "pilot" is an Ewok pilot who had arm and leg extensions made for him so he could fly in an X-Wing. Later, Wedge finds a stuffed Ewok in X-wing gear in his fighter. In "Iron Fist", Wedge flies as a member of the Hawkbats pirate outfit. Castin Donn, the squadron slicer, programs a fake voice for Wedge - in the form of an Ewok. When Wedge's transmissions are intercepted by the Imperials that the Hawkbats are working for, Face Loran tells them that it was indeed an Ewok pilot. Wedge now has to fly with the stuffed Ewok in his lap so if anyone saw the pilot, it would look like an Ewok. In the guise of the Hawkbats, Kettch was dressed in a gray flight suit. Wedge wears a black Tie fighter pilot's outfit to look invisible in the cockpit.
