It did not take her long to locate and contact the person she needed. Staring into the depths of the crystal, she spoke earnestly. "Gabriel, I need you to come to the castle." Much to her amazement, he did not seem surprised at her summons. Jareth must have informed him of her permanent presence at the castle.

"Of course m'lady." He replied. "I'll come as fast as possible."

"Thank you." Amalthya said gratefully. She broke the connection and placed the crystal back in it's box. Looking over at Silviet, she said, "You can go back to Xander if you want. A friend is on the way. Things should be all right."

"Come with me. Explain all of this to me. This place, the things you can do...this isn't a fairy tale. This shouldn't be happening."

Amalthya looked at her friend. "The world isn't always what it seems, Silviet. I learned that long ago. We've locked ourselves away from what is beyond our capability to grasp. When the blinders are removed, you discover there is more there than you ever could have imagined. You're an actress. It's your job to make people believe in something that is not real. Here, those things *are* the reality. I can't make you understand it. You have to let go of everything you were ever sure about and just accept what you see. Go back to Xander. I'll wait for Gabriel to come."
