Strategy
--------
Alderaan is the HD. If your opponent
is playing dark deal, tatooine/galid drain or walker
garison, get out dagobah + tatooine
with the objective, and TPIFF with the signal. Using dagobah for this not
only allows you to cancel tatooine drains,
but your opponent can't deploy directly to it, so it's harder to cancel
(move an xwing there to protect the
effect).
If your opponent is playing heavy imperials/ships,
control coruscant as early as possible to make them all deploy
+2 (do the same with wakeelmui if they
are playing TIE's to make them deploy 5).
Flip the objective when the following
systems are out: coruscant, kiffex, alderaan, kessel, dagobah, rendezvous
point + hoth/bespin/tatooine for TPIFF.
Leave 1 Xwing at Coruscant at Kessel
(make sure you have a houjix though), and RLIR1 with an Xwing escort
at Kiffex. Make sure SFoils is out (it
will be immune to alter with Red Leader out). If your opponent ambushes
you, just houjix it. Then next turn,
lock sfoils and deploy as many XWings as possible to battle their ships.
Your
power should generally exceed 30 (don't
believe me? xwing power =5 *atleast* incom corp + org attack can
make them 7, 5-6 xwings *there are 15
in the deck, so it's easy*, 6x5 = 30, and thats not including destiny!).
If they come and probe alderaan, even
better. Deploy 1 Xwing, then haven, and the rest go for free!
If they have visage of the emperor,
cancel with transmition terminated , if you can do this before vader comes
down,
they can't sense it!
If playing odds, use ultimatum.
Civil Disorder is a good way to do some
damage to decks with few characters.
Before you finish your opponent of, remember
to use all wings report in, and "sink" some xwings back into your
life force with the swamp (bet you were
wondering why that was there!)
