Another good episode with wonderfully humourous moments. It's great to have the first-season Jack back, and the characterisation is excellent. But I would have liked some reference to that episode in the first season where Jack was chained to Clark, and Clark suddenly broke the chain and ran off at superspeed. That was never dealt with anywhere; the final two episodes of Season 1 were preoccupied with the fall of the Planet and Lois's abortive wedding to Lex. Jack's role in those episodes was relatively minor. Just how did Clark explain what he did? There seems to be an assumption in much of fanfiction that Jack had realised that Clark is Superman, so how does Cindy explain Jack's complete ignorance?

This one was very well written and full of suspense. I'm glad you brought Jack back. I had wondered what happened to him. You do a great job with the characterization. I can actually "see" and "hear" these people. This episode was very realistic. I , personally, prefer realism rather than science fiction. Keep it up!!!
