They may not be nullified while this objective in play. All of your Bajoran, Federation and Klingon personel are considered part of 'The Alliance'. Any member of the Alliance may be matching affiliation for any Bajoran, Klingon or Federation affiliation mission.

While united against the Dominion, the Alliance established several Outposts throughout their Territory.

Seed one if playing as The Alliance OR build at any location where an Alliance ENGINEER is present.

The Alliance established 'defense bouy's throughout their territory to defend against the Dominion.

Build at any location where an Alliance ENGINEER and an Alliance SECURITY are present. May fire at X targets, where X=your SECURITY aboard.
