So you've found something that you just can't live without? Read on and I'll tell you how to obtain your heart's desire. Err, if it's on my web page that is =)
There are now two ways to order. The brand-new way is to use the handy dandy form that I finally got around to coding. I've tested it and it should work. Should. Hopefully. We'll see. It works for pcs using Netscape at least. We'll find out, ne? Anywho, it's very simple:And here's the old-fashioned way, if that's more your style or if your browser can't handle it *cough*
- Click on this link, it will make the order form pop up. Hint: I set it up like this so you could shop and fill out what you want as you see it. I hope this makes life a little easier for all. (This won't work for webtv users. Just go ahead and read the instructions, then click here to get taken to the form)
- Fill out all the info.
- Fill out what you want.
- Answer the questions.
- Hit the send button.
Wasn't that easy?Step #1 E-mail me with the following information:
- Your name. Real name please, no aliases.
- Shipping Address. This is important because not only does it allow me to calculate the shipping and handling properly, but it also gives me a chance to prepare your package for shipment as soon as I receive your order.
Step #2 Wait for me to e-mail you back. Please be patient. I try to be quick with my responses, but I do attend college and I have things such as classes and homework to take care of. Normal response time is about 1-2 days. I will confirm your order and tally up the total including shipping and handling for your inspection. I will also include my mailing address so that you know where to send your payment. Note: I also request that you acknowledge this e-mail so that I know everything is going smoothly...I can't tell you how many times I thought someone had lost interest and then I was suddenly surprised with a check in the mail. (A pleasant surprise, but quite unexpected. Hence the word "surprise" Err. yes. Onto Step #3)
- What do you want? Please give me the name of the product(s) you desire, a little description (i.e. the 2" Sailor Mars figurine) and how many of a product you would like. Don't worry about prices if you don't want to, I will calculate the total for you.
Step #3 If everything is correct in my reply e-mail then send off the payment and your order will be shipped once it is received. Orders paid for by credit card will be shipped as soon as the payment shows up in my PayPal account, money order orders (hmm redundant much?) are shipped the day after money orders are received, and orders paid for by personal check are held for one week while the check clears at my bank. If you want to pay by credit card, you need to be a PayPal member, it's free to use and fairly fast and easy, which is why I chose it as an option. If you have never done business with me before, you may understandably have a few reservations. To put your mind at ease, please see my excellent record at Ebay.
Payment is due 10 days from the time that I acknowledge & confirm your order. That's 10 days period, not 10 business days. If payment has not been received within that time period, the item(s) will be put back up for sale.
I am not responsible for lost/mis-directed mail. This applies to both payments sent to me & packages sent from me. I package shipments well, label them legibly, and when requested, insure them, and basically do everything in my power to make sure that your order reaches you in good condition and in a timely manner.
If you need to order something and have it shipped in time for a birthday or something of the like, please please please allow enough time for the transaction to take place (ie 1-2 weeks)! I don't send packages by anything else besides 3-day Priority Mail, and it just causes a lot of stress for everyone.
Please note that there is no shipping and handling charge if you are only ordering magnets or tattoos unless you order so many that the shipping costs exceed a stamp. For everything else I use Priority Mail which has the advantage of being both fast and relatively inexpensive which makes everyone happy.
