HIS PAST:Gambit once was a member of New Orleans' Thief Guild, a band of professional thiefs. He later renounced his criminal ways as a Cajun thief to join theX-Men.But much of Gambit past remains a mystery and that's because Gambit himself doesn't want anyone to know! Haunted by the sins of his past, Gambit risked it all when he joined the team of X-Men.

One thing is for sure about Gambit:Rogue stole this Cajun's heart, and together they have beaten the odds every time.
