pressing important bussiness to attend than nursing an
old friend."

 HIS PAST:
 At a young age, Erik
Lensherr became a victim of Nazi brutality. He was
captured and kept in the Nazi camp throughtout his
teenage years. Years later, he managed to escape with
Magda, a woman he married later, and gave birth to
Magnto's first daughter. When his daughter was
killed, he unleashed his full fury of his mutant power.
Magda, terrorized
by Magneto's actions, fled from him. Magneto never heard
from her again.
Years later, Magnus worked
at a hospital in Israel. It was there that he met Charles
Xavier. The two became friends, but their point of view
splitted them apart. Xavier believed that they should
work together in creating a world where mutants and
humans could coexist, while Magneto believed that it was
only possible if mutants ruled over humans.
Since then, both men have crossed each other's path,
fighting for their own beliefs.
HIS PRESENT:
Not long ago, Magneto
created Asteroid M, a place in space where all he wanted
was for mutants to live away from humans who feared and
hated them. But it was one of his Acolytes, Fabian
Cortez, who betrayed his leader and destroyed the
"Sanctuary" place.
But Magneto has not always
been an enemy of the X-Men.
He joined forces with the
X-Men to destroy the giant robot known as Master Mold. He
worked together with Professor Xavier when they were in
the Savage Land. He helped defeat Apocalypse, when he
wanted to re-create the world at his own image. He also
helped defeat the Phalanx, an alien race that wanted to
assimulate Earth!
When Xavier was attacked in
national TV by Graydon Creed, Magneto viewed it as a sign
to create a Mutanat Liberation Front to stop humans once
and for all.
