NIGHT OF THE SENTINELS - PART 1
Season 1

IN THE COMICS: THE EVIL BASTION CREATED THE PRIME SENTINELS: HALF HUMAN/HALF ROBOTS(X)Created by Bolivar Trask, these mutant-hunting robots are man's last line of defense against mutantkind.

(X)Their first mission was to captured the mutant Jubilee. The X-Men stopped them. But during a battle at front of the Mutant Control Agency Headquarters, one of the Sentinels, aiming at Wolverine, fired at Morph. Following a damaged Sentinel, the X-Men destroyed most of the them, located at a hidden lab, or so they thought.

(X)The building of Sentinels went a step further. Now Master Mold, a machine that created Sentinels, had a plan of its own. Abducting Senator Kelly, Master Mold planned to replace the human brains of every leader in the world with a mechanical one.
The X-Men, of course, stopped him, but it wasn't completely destroyed.

(X)Capturing its creator, Bolivar Trask and Henry Gyrich, Master Mold wanted them to be witness of something sinister, he would be in the body of the captured Professor Xavier .

(X)Morph, who was recuperating from the almost dead experience, had to prove to him and the X-Men that he had to face his fear and destroy the Master Mold, which he did.

(X)Other versions of Sentinels have brought menace to the X-Men.

- Non-Metal Sentinels: When they were after Magneto, as commanded by Master Mold, these Sentinels had no effect on Magneto's magnetic attacks.

- Nimrod: An almost impossible to destroy Sentinel that comes from the future after following Bishop.
