1. Draw Nomad. He's been sleeping for over a hundred years and he needs some new threads. Only one stipulation and it's
story driven. Remember that Nomad is being provided these clothes by Giscard and it's 2065, not 2099. So they should be
slightly retro.
2. Send me the picture. E-mail or snail mail. If you don't have a scanner or your not computer artistically inclined, let me know so I can tell you where to send it.
3. The deadline is January 31, 1998. If you end up sending it to me by snail mail don't worry. I won't make the announcement until February 10, 1998.
4. The prize: 10" custom figure of your Nomad with packaging.
