2099 UG Policies. . .
*** Use of the 2099 UG Message Board is not only available, but also encouraged. Let us know what you think of Marvel's 2099 or the current 2099 UG books. However, we do not allow disscussion of proposals that are being reviewed by the Executive Staff. This could allow the readers to discover the elements of a book, therefore ruining it's following. Likewise, we do not allow disscussion or "spoilers" concerning upcoming 2099 UG events. Manners, please. . .that's all we ask. Also, if you don't agree with someone, don't "flame" them, simply state your opinion on the subject, and why you feel that way.
*** When joining the 2099 UG, please be sure to inform the distributor, Rage, when changing screen names or E-Mail addresses. This will help us gauge our membership better. This would be greatly appreciated.
*** The Staff is always subject to change, and positions open up all the time. Elections for Editor In Chief are rarely held, but may be provided if someone is interested. The Editor In Chief has the responsibility of appointing his own Staff including, but not limited to, Assistant Editor In Chief, Group Editors, and Distributor.

*** The 2099 UG is always looking for new writers and characters, and we welcome anyone who wants to participate. However, it is the Executive Staff's responsibility to add some order to the situation, therefore, they receive submissions/proposals and review them for acceptance. What Are The Editors Looking For. . .?
*** Characters: We would like to see a list of characters used, including the main characters, supporing cast, and villains. We would also like to see a brief summary of each character which includes their physical and mental characteristics.
*** Plot(s): Also, included in any proposal is a synopsis of the plots intended for use. We request plot summaries for up to five issues, so that we know what you have in mind and that you intend to stick with it.
*** Purpose: How will this book, or character, affect the world of 2099? What ramifications will this have on other books?
