D6 Logo

red ballThe D6 System is a generic, universal role playing engine published by West End Games in 1996 and later turned into the WEG in-house system.

While the chief aim of the System is to provide a basic set of customizable rules around which players can develop their own gaming universe, the D6 has also shown great potential as an alternate engine for  pre-existing games - so much so that WEG presented some conversion rules for some of its MasterBook line.

This page hosts the main D6 System-converted games the Mana Brothers play, plus our home-brewing efforts.

Shadowrun/D6
Logo Probably no other game can boast the wealth of details that bring the Shadowrun Universe alive.
These conversion rules allow players and keepers to enjoy the thrills of the Sixth World through a lightweight, fast and cinematic system.
Space 1889
Logo The first Steam-Punk game ever published, Space 1889 was  ahead of its time, combining a hard-science fiction feel with an adventure-oriented universe, and running the lot on very basic rules.
Originally published by the late, lamented GDW, the game has been kept alive by a small nucleus of die-hard players.
These D6 conversion notes are our small contribution to the cause.

Under ConstructionThis page will be under construction for quite a while.

We plan to add a section of generic add-ons for D6 System games, and are scanning our RPG collection for other game settings that might benefit from a Total System Transplant (C).
