Local Feng Shui Bad Guys

deadThe Man named Baoh

"Puny mortals..."

The first bad guy to grace our campaign, and still one of the best!

Described by Master Li as "a misguided man and a fool, that should have kept to his philosophical studies and his debaucheries instead of mixing up with the Secret War", the man called Baoh once stumbled unknowingly on a Netherworld gate and visited places beyond his imagination. Thanks to his studies of strange books and foreign deviltries he soon understood at least part of the meaning of his discovery, and embarked on a (short) life of Netherworld travels and time-raiding.

What he did not consider in his conceit was his final damnation: t he was far from being the first to discover the Netherworld gates. And being able to pull a few tricks with the peasants does not mean you are a real basass sorceror.
As luck would have it, the Dragon (in the guise of our home team) was the first to catch up with the whole thing and to put a rapid end to poor Baoh's carreer as a time rider.

What he did not have in powers, however, he more than made up in ingenuity: we're talking about the man that set up the whole Snake Gang as a drug-addled, bloodthirsty strike force, financed by lost gold and armed with a few nasty tricks.

deadThe Blackadder Ghost

"I'll devour your soul!"

Undead witch and part-time lifeforce sink, she got her name for her habit of turning into a snake when faced with danger. Her standard nasty-hag-from-hell look did not much improve her public relations.

Was exorcized with a pump shotgun.

deadColonel T'ang

"Resistance is futile"

"The most dangerous man in China" according to miss Scarlett Tamahori and her contacts, and a relic from the Warlord era uneasily slipped in a Red Army uniform, Colonel T'ang was sent to Hong Kong by his commanders, immediately after the 1997 Handover as a way to have him out of the way and as far as possible from the seat of power in Beijing.
Not right.

Upon arriving in HK, T'ang, as head of the Secret Police Special Operations Unit, instantly used his personal guard on a series of black ops aimed at maiming the lesser organized crime sindycates, while absorbing their markets and their resources.

Harassed by T'ang (considering them "Triad soldiers), and in open competition with the Special Operations Unit on the trail of Cuban turncoat Major Cruz, the BB Street Dragons ended up playing cat's paw in one of Philippe Benoit's "philosophical assassinations", finally confronting T'ang in his own liar during a specially organized "Dragon Festival".

Ronnie Lo

"We can reach a compromise..."

Described by the late Kay Ling as "A slimy guy in a Versace suit with a whole province of Colombia up his nose to give him courage", Ronnie Lo was presumed dead after the "Bum-Bum" shootout in CMB, pt1 but - having only been kneecapped and variously fractured - he did show up again to extract his vengeance from the players, by abducting an innocent girl and siding with the Nine Petal Triad in the fight over the BB Street building.

The fact that he finally faced them in full traction did not move the players to compassion: the esteemed Mr. Lo was shot (again) in the kneecaps, thrown down from a balcony and finally put to rest with the support of 25 kilos of C4.

Unbeknowst to most players, the slimy but resourcefull Lo survived by crawling on his tongue up through a chimney before the explosion, and is currently "relaxing" in a Swiss clinic.

No

"Number your bones... I'm gonna shuffle'em"

Strong-arm man to Ronnie Lo and general-purpose tough guy, the bald-headed, steel-handed martial artist known to some simply as No (and to others as Doctor Steel, but that's another story), currently holds the record for the fastest demise in our games, having been shot on sight and dumped in the bay during the first reel of CMB, pt3.
The team reaction was actually so fast that he did not even have the time to complete is tag sentence.

Saved by unknowing fishermen, to whom he told he had a hunting accident (fair enough), No is now recuperating fast, and is back on Ronnie's payroll.
