| The rules governing this page are extremely simple: here you'll find a list of the others game we like and play, those for which we have not put together enough stuff to make up a real page yet, together with a short enthusiastic rant for each of them; and you'll get no more than two high-quality off-site links, to let you get somewhere interesting and learn more. |

Space
1889 - another Steampunk setting, this time going for a hard-science
fiction feel, and with somewhat antiquated, if adequate, rules. Originally
published by GDW, the game has been kept alive so far by a core of die-hard
players. Thank you gentlemen!
Conspiracy
X - aliens, mediums, Atlantis, strange animals, secret societies,
and a few
chosen operatives standing between humanity and chaos. A present-day conspiracy
game by Eden Studios that could
actually increase your ESP powers. Not only for fans of the
X-Files
Legend
of Five Rings - an atypical and highly entertaining eastern fantasy
game by Alderac Entertainment, using a mock but highly
detailed
feudal Japan as a backdrop and an extremely versatile system; Akira Kurosawa
meets J.R.R. Tolkien.
Mekton - for all those hardy souls that saw the
light when
first they saw Gundam, R. Talsorian's Mekton (be it in its
II or in its Z incarnations) is the giant robot gaming
system. Easy,
fast and funny.
West
End Games' Star
Wars - is there anything we can add?

TheForce.Net | The
Adventures of the Chaos Crew |
And we close our round-up with Ronin's The Whispering
Vault - a supernatural
game
that simply
can't be summed up in a few
words, but can offer a refreshing new point of view on the subject.
