Grimms were
(supposedly) taking a more distant "scientific" approach collecting folk
tales, while Andersen, like most fairy tales authors, had an agenda to follow,
his stories having to be "educative". It can be argued that all fairy tales are pushing some kind of agenda. Now, while I was writing this, the Lin Carter Bug
came and bit me. Would it not be nice, it being almost Christmas and
