Whan I use IRC, I've always problems to know what's
time in different city-country. So, I've been write this short prog in JavaScript. Local daylight
saving time/summer time is unwarranted! I tested with Nestcape Navigator Gold 3.01 - Win95,
Nestcape Navigator 3.0 - Win3.x and MS Internet 3.01 - Win95 after update JScript VBScript V 2.0.
